• The Construct ESS (Employee Self-Service) app streamlines time tracking and leave requests on both mobile and desktop platforms. It also enables users to access pay stubs via email and view their benefit plans for enhanced efficiency. In Patch 19-2, enhancements include the integration of email notifications for leave management and additional functionalities incorporated into the leave dashboard.
