CMiC Field - Daily Journal Reports

Pgm: PM4010 – Daily Journal Reports; standard Treeview path: CMiC Field > Reports > Site Reports > Daily Journals

This screen is used to generate daily journal reports. Users can print Daily Journal records or log reports for the selected criteria. Daily journals are created and maintained in the CMiC Field - Daily Journal screen.

NOTE: Individual daily journal reports (PM4010), consolidated daily journals (PM_DAILY_JOURNAL_CNSLDT), and daily journals with photos (PM_DAILY_JOURNAL) can also be generated using the [Print Report] button on the CMiC Field - RFIs screen.

From/To Journal

Enter/select a range of daily journals to include in the report or leave these fields blank to include all journals.

Prepared By

Enter select the project partner and project partner to filter the report by or leave these fields blank to include all partners and contacts.

From/To Date

Enter/select a range of dates to filter the report by or leave these fields blank to include all dates.

Report Type

Select a report type. Available options include:

Daily Report (PM4010), Daily Report 2 (PM4010_2), Daily Journal 3 (PM4010_3): These options print a report of the daily journal.
Daily Journal Log (PM4011), Daily Journal Log – Company Summary (PMDYRJ): These options print a log of the daily journal records.
Daily Journal with Photos (PM_DAILY_JOURNAL): This option prints a summary of the daily journal and also includes photo attachments.
Consolidated Daily Journal (PM_DAILY_JOURNAL_CNSLDT): This option prints a summary of the daily journal.

Order By

Select whether to order the report by project code or last date entered. This field is only enabled for the report type "Daily Journal Log-Complete Summary".

Users can include the following items in the report. The options available depend on the report type.

Print Report

Press this button to launch the Report Config pop-up. Use this pop-up to select the server from which to print the report, along with the format and destination. For more information on the fields on this pop-up screen, please refer to CMiC Field - Printing a Report.
