CMiC Field - Request For Information Reports

Pgm: PM3010 – Request for Information Reports; standard Treeview path: CMiC Field > Reports > Communication Reports > RFIs

This screen is used to generate Request for Information (RFI) reports. Users can print RFI records or log reports for the selected criteria. RFIs are created and maintained in the CMiC Field - RFIs screen.

NOTE: Individual RFI reports (PM3010) can also be generated using the [Print Report] or [Quick Print] buttons on the CMiC Field - RFIs screen.

Report Type

Select the type of report to print:

Request For Information Record (PM3010): This type generates RFI records for the selected criteria.
Request For Information Log (PM3011): This type generates a log of RFI records for the selected criteria.
Request and Answer Log (PM3012): This type generates a log of RFI records for the selected criteria, with RFI request and answer information, and also be used as a checklist.
Outstanding RFI Summary Log (PM3013): This type generates a log of outstanding RFI records for the selected criteria and includes the project address in the report header.
Outstanding RFI Summary 2 (PM3013_2): This type generates a log of outstanding RFI records for the selected criteria.

RFI Type

Select an RFI type or leave this field blank to include all RFI types. RFI types are maintained in Type field on the RFI Detail tab of the CMiC Field - RFIs screen.

This field is only available for the "Request and Answer Log" type report.

RFI ID

Enter/select an RFI ID or leave this field blank to include all RFIs.

Author, Co-Author

Enter/select an author/co-author from the project partner LOV or leave these fields blank to include all project partners.

Restrict Value Of

Select whether to restrict the values of the From Date and To Date fields to the awarded date, required date, or answered date of the RFI.

From/To Date

Enter/select a range of dates to filter the report by.

Status

Select an RFI status or leave this field blank to include all statuses. RFI statuses are maintained in Type field on the RFI Detail tab of the CMiC Field - RFIs screen.

Status Class

Select an RFI status class or leave this field blank to include all status classes. RFI status classes can be reviewed in the CMiC Field - Reviewer Status Maintenance screen.

This field is only available for the "Request for Information Log" type report.

Print Report

Press this button to launch the Report Config pop-up. Use this pop-up to select the server from which to print the report, along with the format and destination. For more information on the fields on this pop-up screen, please refer to CMiC Field - Printing a Report.
