CMiC Field - Reviewer Status Maintenance

Overview

Reviewer Status Maintenance; standard Treeview path: CMiC Field > File Maintenance > Local Tables > Reviewer Status Maintenance

This screen is used to create reviewer statuses which will be available to during the review process for CMiC Field - RFIs and Punch Lists.

Object Type

Select an object type for the reviewer status being created. Options available are "RFIs" and "Punch Lists".

[Add] – Button

This button reveals the fields used to create a new reviewer status. The Status Code, Name, and Class fields will be displayed below the Object Type field. Enter a status code and status name. Select the status class and click on the [Save] button. The new status will be added to the selected object type’s list.

Creating a Reviewer Status

To create a new reviewer status, press the [Add] button on the Reviewer Status Maintenance log screen.

Status Code

Enter a code for the status being defined.

Name

Enter a name for the status being defined.

Class

Select a class for the type of status being defined. The classes in the drop-down menu will be limited to those available for the object type selected (i.e. RFI or Punch List).

RFI

• Concur: This represents the class of statuses where the responsible reviewer has agreed to the proposed changes.

• Disagree: This applies to statuses where the responsible reviewer rejects the proposed changes.

• Requires Further Discussion: This applies to statuses where the reviewer requires more information to reject or accept the proposed changes.

Punch List

• Contested: This status class prompts the reviewer to start a new review cycle for the punch list.

• Completed: This status class applies to punch lists where the review process has been resolved.

Delete

Statuses can be deleted by clicking on the Delete icon ().
