Overview

The Ryvit-Provided Integration for Flashtract uses GC Pay with CMiC web services for Subcontracts with Schedule Level Retainage Release.

Setting Up GC Pay Service Account

Process

Perform the following steps to set up your GC Pay service account:

1. In your R12 environment, create a "New User" (service account) for GC Pay to communicate with CMiC web services. If needed, CMiC will add a license to your license pool to offset this, so you will not incur any additional costs.

2. Contact your GC Pay account team after creating the user in CMiC to sync your service account with your GC Pay organization. The GC Pay user (service account) should have access to:

• Company/Jobs

• Subcontracts and Change Orders

• Compliances

• Requests for Payments (RFPs) with Posting

• Voiding RFPs

• Manual Checks with Posting
