CMiC Field R12 (App) 1.0.19 Release Notes

Enterprise Customers: This app requires Mobile Hotfix B55 (14-1) or B56 (14-2). If you are running an older version of the mobile hotfix, the app will continue to function but some new features will not be accessible. We will provide "best effort" support to customers running older versions of the Mobile Hotfix - but cannot guarantee resolution/delivery timelines unless you update to B55/56.

NOTE: The latest features documented in this release (1.0.19) require Mobile Hotfix B57 to be installed. The app will continue to function with B55/56 but the new features will be hidden. An email announcing the release of Mobile Hotfix B57 will be sent out shortly.

Cloud Customers: No action is required on your part.

New Features and Enhancements

Feature	Summary	Description
Drawing Management	Sheet Number	We added a new field to capture the sheet number in the Drawing log. As of patch 14-2, we have copied all values that were previously stored in Document ID to the new Sheet Number field. The new field can handle sheet numbers up to 30 characters long, which makes it more flexible for customers working with long sheet numbers.
Drawing Management	Discipline	We are replacing the Trade field with a new field called Discipline. As of patch 14-2, we have copied the values from the old Trade field into Discipline. This is a dedicated field for tracking Disciplines at the project level and it paired with a new maintenance program. More details to follow.
Drawing Management	Location Code	We’ve added location codes to the Drawing log. This enables admins to organize drawings by location (e.g. for several buildings) under the same project. You can read more about this feature here: Uploading Drawings With Location Codes.
