Construct PM Known Issues
The following known issues are currently being worked on and are expected to be resolved in the next available release.
Feature | Summary | Platform (e.g., Web, Phone, Tablet, or All) | Description |
---|---|---|---|
Documents | Adding text annotation in Documents skips a line when tabbing. | Web | When adding a text annotation in Documents, writing some text and then tabbing to the next line creates additional spacing. (CF-29629) |
Drawings | Text annotations tools rendering thicker on drawings. | Web | When using the text annotation tools (Strikethrough, Underline, Squiggle), these annotations appear thicker on certain drawing sheets. (CF-30941) |
Drawings | Text annotation tools appearing as rotated. | Web | When using the text annotation tools (Strikethrough, Underline, Squiggle), these annotations appear rotated on certain drawing sheets. (CF-30932) |
Drawings | Sharing XFDF circular formatted annotations. | All | When sharing XFDF-formatted annotations via web or mobile, certain annotation shapes (e.g., circles and dots) may not display correctly in the PDF. This is due to limitations in some PDF readers, which do not inherently support these shapes. Please note that this issue does not occur with JSON-formatted annotations. (CF-30585) |
Drawings | Text annotation color doesn’t update instantly during creation. | Web | When users create text annotations, changing the color during creation does not take effect until clicking outside the annotation. (CF-29390) |
Drawings | Cannot access linked objects from packages. | All | Hyperlink annotations and linked PM objects to annotations cannot be accessed from packages if they are created in the main Drawing log. (CF-27417) |
Drawings | Text annotations created on mobile change color back to black on web. | Web | When creating an annotation on mobile using the various annotation tools, such as text color and background fill, it initially appears correctly on web. However, if the user edits the annotation on web without even making any changes (simply clicking the annotation to edit), the text reverts back to black on mobile. (CF-26675) |
Drawings | Selection area for a published text annotation is limited to only boundary area. | Web | When creating a text annotation, it can be selected by clicking anywhere on the text box while unpublished. However, once published, the annotation can only be selected by clicking around its boundary area. (CF-29647) |
Infrastructure | Recent records display deleted records. | All | In Recent Records, deleted records still appear in the recent record list. When users click these records, they will display as "Not found". (CF-19311) |
