Construct PM Known Issues

The following known issues are currently being worked on and are expected to be resolved in the next available release.

Feature Summary Platform (e.g., Web, Phone, Tablet, or All) Description
Drawings Inability to navigate back from a linked drawing sheet to an annotation in packages. All The issue involves the inability to navigate back from a linked drawing sheet to an annotation in packages. The back button works when in Main Drawing log. The only workaround for this is to go back to Drawings log to reopen the sheet. (CF-24770)
Drawings Mouse wheel not scrolling when adding hyperlinks. Web When adding a hyperlink annotation on a drawings sheet, a new screen is opened to select a drawing for linking. In this screen, the mouse wheel is not working to scroll the page. The only way to scroll the page is to use your left mouse button. (CF-24722)
Home Page Construct PM retains the last screen visited when closed and re-opened. Mobile/Tablet If a user has a screen selected in the menu before they log out and then they log back in, that screen will still be selected instead of seeing the Home page. (CF-24714)
Firefox - Incognito Problems are frequently encountered when using Construct PM on a Firefox Incognito session. Web

For the web deployment, Construct PM uses indexedDB for files and directories. By default in Firefox, ‘indexedDB’ is disabled in incognito sessions. This can be changed though. To do this it’s necessary to modify the settings under the Firefox configuration settings, which can be found under ‘about:config’ (entered in address bar). Specifically the configuration setting ‘dom.indexedDB.privateBrowsing.enabled’ can be found using the search and must be set to TRUE.

Text Box Annotations Known bug when creating text box annotations in Construct PM in web deployment. Web There's a bug in the web deployment where it will only save in the color black (so it's just a color issue). If a text box annotation is created in any other color, after refreshing the page, it will revert to black. However, this is not a problem on mobile. Text boxes can be created in any color and will be saved, but will appear on web in black.
