CMiC Field Security - Subcontracts

Security Roles

The following security settings are located on the CMiC Field - Security Roles screen.

Programs	Subcontract	Open the Subcontracts screen.
	Subcontract Change Orders	Open the Subcontract Change Order screen.
	Subcontractor LEMS Tracking	Open the Subcontractor LEMS Tracking screen.
	Subcontractor SOV	Open the Subcontractor SOV screen.
Menu Items	Subcontract	View the Subcontracts screen in the Treeview menu.
	Subcontract Change Orders	View the Subcontracts Change Orders screen in the Treeview menu.
	Subcontractor SOV	View the Subcontracts SOV screen in the Treeview menu.
Privileges	Subcontract – Add	Add new subcontract records on the Subcontract screen.
	Subcontract – Delete	Delete subcontract records on the Subcontract screen.
	Subcontract – Edit	Edit subcontract records on the Subcontract screen.
	Subcontract Change Orders – Add	Add new change order records on the Subcontract Change Order screen.
	Subcontract Change Orders – Delete	Delete change order records on the Subcontract Change Order screen.
	Subcontract Change Orders – Edit	Edit change order records on the Subcontract Change Order screen.

Project Roles

The following privileges are located in the Posting - Voiding section on the CMiC Field - Project Roles screen.

Post Subcontract	Post the subcontract.
Post Subcontract Change Order	Post the subcontract change order.
Void Subcontract	Void the subcontract.
Void Subcontract Change Order	Void the subcontract change order.
Add SOV On Posted Subcontract	Enable the [Add SOV] button to add additional SOV lines on an already posted subcontract.
Add SOV On Posted Subcontract Change Order	Enable the [Add SOV] button to add additional SOV lines on an already posted subcontract change order.

The following privileges are located in the Workflow section on the CMiC Field - Project Roles screen.

Workflow Button - Subcontract	Add the [Workflow] button to the Main Toolbar for a subcontract.
Allow Override in Workflow - Subcontract	Update subcontract even if the user is not the current approver.
Allow Override in Workflow - SC CO	Update subcontract change order even if the user is not the current approver.
Edit SOV After Workflow Approval - Subcontract	Edit SOV lines on unposted subcontracts after workflow approval.
Edit SOV After Workflow Approval - SC CO	Edit SOV lines on unposted subcontract change orders after workflow approval.
Approve Subcontract and Subcontract Change Order	Approve subcontract and subcontract change order workflow.
Disable Subcontract Printing Until Approved	Disable the [Print] button in the Main Toolbar until the subcontract is approved in the workflow.
Disable SC CO Printing Until Approved	Disable the [Print] button in the Main Toolbar until the subcontract change order is approved in the workflow.
