The following security settings are located on the CMiC Field - Security Roles screen.

| Allow For Adding Notes And Attachments To Closed RFIs | Add notes and attachments to RFIs that have been closed. |
| Allow P-Type collaborators to view all notes | Allow external users access to both internal and external notes. |
| Allow P-type collaborators to make a note public | Allow external users to change a note from private to public so it can be seen by all users. |
