CMiC Field - Issue Report

Pgm: DMISSUEREP – Issue Report; standard Treeview path: CMiC Field > Reports > Communication Reports > Issues

This screen is used to generate issue reports. Users can print issue or corrective action reports or logs for the selected criteria. Issues are created and maintained in the CMiC Field - Issues screen.

NOTE: Individual issue reports (DMISSUER) can also be generated using the [Print] or [Quick Print] buttons on the CMiC Field - Issues screen.

Report Type

Select the type of report to print:

  • Corrective Actions Details Report: This type generates Issue records with corrective action details (i.e., resolutions) for the selected criteria.

  • Corrective Actions Log: This type generates a log of Issue records with corrective action details.

  • Issues Detail Report: This type generates Issue records.

  • Issues Log: This type generates a log of Issue records.

From/To Issue #

Enter/select a range of issues to include in the report or leave these fields blank to include all issues.

From/To Issue Date

Enter/select a range of issue dates to include in the report or leave these fields blank to include all dates.

Issue Type

Select an issue type to filter the report by or leave this field blank to include all issue types. Issue types are maintained in the Type field on the Issue Detail tab of the CMiC Field - Issues screen.

Group By

Select whether to group the issue records by issue type or responsibility.

Sort By

Select whether to sort the report by date, issue number, or issue severity.

Users can include the following items in the report. The options available depend on the report type.

  • Closed Issues

  • In Progress Issues

  • New Issues

  • Open Issues

  • Internal Issues

  • Description

  • Resolution

  • Notes

  • History

  • Related Objects

  • Attachments

  • Internal Notes

Print Report

Press this button to launch the Report Config pop-up. Use this pop-up to select the server from which to print the report, along with the format and destination. For more information on the fields on this pop-up screen, please refer to CMiC Field - Printing a Report.
