CMiC Field - Change Item Reports

Pgm: PM5000 – Change Item Reports; standard Treeview path: CMiC Field > Reports > Budget & Cost Reports > Change Items

This screen is used to generate change item reports. Users can print change item reports or logs for the selected criteria. Change items are created and maintained in the CMiC Field - Potential Change Items screen.

From/To Change Order

Enter/select a range of change items to include in the report or leave these fields blank to include all change items.

From/To Phase

Enter/select a range of phases to include in the report or leave these fields blank to include all phases.

Status Code

Select a status code to filter the report by or leave this field blank to include all statuses. Status codes are maintained in the Status field on the PCI Detail tab of the CMiC Field - Potential Change Items screen.

From/To Date

Enter/select a range of change item dates to include in the report or leave these fields blank to include all dates.

Report

Select whether to print a change item report, a CPR log report, or a budget change item report.

Report Type

Select whether to print a detail or summary report.

Group By

Select whether to group the report by status code.

Posting Status

Select whether to include unposted change items, posted change items, or both statuses in the report.

Change Item Type

Select whether to filter the report by the following change item types or leave this field blank to include all change item types in the report:

  • Change Order Request

  • External CO

  • Internal CO

  • Original Budget CO

  • Transfer Budget CO

Print Notes – Checkbox

Check this box to print change item notes in the report.

Print Report

Press this button to launch the Report Config pop-up. Use this pop-up to select the server from which to print the report, along with the format and destination. For more information on the fields on this pop-up screen, please refer to CMiC Field - Printing a Report.
