CMiC Field - Reviewer Template Maintenance

Reviewer Template Maintenance; standard Treeview path: CMiC Field > File Maintenance > Local Tables > Reviewer Template Maintenance

This screen is used to set reviewer templates which can then be selected on any screen with a Reviewers section (for example, in the RFI screen) by pressing the [Select Template] button.

To create a new template, press the Plus icon at the bottom of the Action column.

Templates

Code, Description

Enter a code and description for the reviewer template.

Reviewers

Level

Enter the order in which the reviewers appear. This field is mandatory for all reviewers added.

Reviewer

Enter/select the reviewer.

Distribution List

If the reviewer is associated with a distribution list, it will appear here. Contacts can been assigned to distribution lists in the Distribution Lists screen.

Required – Checkbox

Check this box if the reviewer is required to review the material before the review process can continue.

Lead Time

Enter the minimum amount of the time required by the reviewer.
