US Payroll - Employment History Adjustment

Pgm: PYHISADJ – Employment History Adjustment; standard Treeview path: US Payroll > Utilities > Employment History Adjustment

This screen allows for the modification of an employee’s historic information. For example, if the Start Date/Hire Date was incorrectly entered when the Employee Profile was created, it can be modified here as it can’t be modified in the standard Employee History screen.

NOTE: It is recommended to change the hire date when only one record exists. Otherwise, the hire date will be changed on all future records as well.

Users require the privilege 'PYHISTADJC – PY: Allow user to change data on Employment History Adjustment screen' to modify information on this screen. For more information, please refer to System Data - Define Roles.
