US Payroll - Union Benefits and Deductions

Pgm: PYUNIBEDE – Union Benefits And Deductions; standard Treeview path: US Payroll > Setup > Local Tables > Payroll Unions > Union Benefits/Deductions

This screen allows the setup of benefits and deductions for specific pay runs and unions. Union-specific pay, billing, and charge rates can also be set in the Union Rates section.

Please refer to US Payroll - Benefit Administration and US Payroll - Deduction Administration in this guide for assistance in setting up these transactions.

NOTE: Benefits should be assigned to the “NONE” pay group on the Company Benefits screen in order to assign them at the union level (standard Treeview path: US Payroll > Administration > Benefits > Company). Failing to do so and attempting to save the above screen will result in an error.
