Construct OM App - Organizations
Overview
Organization records are for potential sales prospects relevant to Opportunity Management tasks. When an organization record is created, the user has the option of checking or unchecking its ‘Prospect (Only)’ checkbox. If the checkbox is checked, the new record will only be available in the Opportunity Management module, and if unchecked, it will be available throughout CMiC Enterprise as a business partner record.
Search
To search for an organization, use the Search icon within the header to keyword search across the organization records.
Filter
Filter records created by the user or that has the user assigned as the sales rep.
Sort
Tap the Name field to sort organization by date modified or name. Press the arrow next to the sort option to sort in ascending or descending order.
Add
The Plus icon when selected will add a new record.
Delete
To delete a record, select and hold the record for the Delete pop-up window to appear. Tap the "Delete" option to confirm the deletion.
Edit Organization
Organization records can be edited by selecting them from the list view. Related records can be viewed in this mode displaying tabs for each item type.
Create Organization
Name
Name of the prospective customer.
Client #
The organization code.
Sales Rep Company
The company that the sales representative is assigned to.
Sales Rep
The name of the sales representative.
The organization's email address.
Website
The organization's website address.
Source
The marketing campaign or source of the prospect.
Street
Street number and name.
Suite
Suite number.
City
Township.
State/Province
State or province code.
Zip/Postal Code
Zip code or postal code.
Country
Territory location.
Check – Icon
Used to save the record.

Used to return to previous page.
