Construct PM 1.0.56 Release Notes

Enterprise Customers: To run build 1.0.56, it’s critical that your installed web services/APIs are on version 1.0.123369 or later. These APIs are included in patch 16 HF 04 or later, however some clients may have received the required files via HFs on patch 15-2. If you are running an older version of the web services, new features may be inaccessible or malfunction. We will provide "best effort" support to customers running older web services versions - but cannot guarantee resolution/delivery timelines outside currently supported system-patch levels.

Cloud Customers: No action is required on your part.

NOTE: The ALL folder in Documents is temporarily hidden until Patch 19, as there is a patch dependent security issue that needs to be addressed. Once the issue is addressed, the ALL folder will be available again.

New Features and Enhancements

Feature	Summary	Description
Infrastructure	Location Codes - Add ability to manually select a location when setting the default on home page.	Added the ability to manually select a location code on the home page when setting the default location for that project. Before this change, a user would only be able to scan a QR code to set the default location.
Issues	Add location code column to Issues log and include as a group by option.	Added a Location column to the Construct PM Issues log.

Fixes

Feature	Summary	Description
Documents	Document title autopopulates with string of numbers.	Fixed a bug where document title was being populated by string of numbers if it had no file name or if a photo was taken and uploaded.
Documents	Web - Users without edit privilege for document folder still able to bulk edit.	Changed the UI so that if a user's project role does not have the edit privilege for a document folder, they will not be able to perform a bulk edit.
Drawings	Web - Punch list default description drop-down error.	Fixed a bug where the drop-down list was resulting in an error for the Description field if the trade was not within the first 25 trades of the LOV.
Drawings	Sheet comparison revision dates.	Fixed a bug where comparing a sheet with an older revision would not display the correct date of the older revision.
Drawings	Text boxes created on web display out of frame on mobile.	Fixed a bug where text boxes created on the web deployment would be cut off and distorted on mobile causing the text to be unreadable.
Drawings	Web - Cannot open drawing sheet when clicking certain parts of the row in table view.	Fixed a bug where a user was unable to open a drawing sheet on web when viewing the drawings in table view and clicking on certain areas of the row.
RFIs	Answering RFI.	We prepared a short-term solution to an issue preventing users from answering RFIs in Construct PM in some situations. Until planned API changes have been completed and released, users with the "No RFI Answer Entry" PM role setting enabled, won't be able to update the Answered and Answered By fields when providing answers to an RFI via Construct PM.
Submittals	Web and Mobile - Submittal document revisions failing.	Addressed an issue preventing users from adding revisions to attachments on Submittal records, via Construct PM.
