Construct PM 1.0.54 Release Notes

Enterprise Customers: To run build 1.0.54, it’s critical that your installed web services/APIs are on version 1.0.123369 or later. These APIs are included in patch 16 HF 04 or later, however some clients may have received the required files via HFs on patch 15-2. If you are running an older version of the web services, new features may be inaccessible or malfunction. We will provide "best effort" support to customers running older web services versions - but cannot guarantee resolution/delivery timelines outside currently supported system-patch levels.

Cloud Customers: No action is required on your part.

New Features and Enhancements

Checklists	Project Checklists - Display header fields as ordered in checklist template.	Made changes to ensure that the header fields included in checklist templates are displayed in the same order that they are arranged within the Template Maintenance screen (i.e., rather than being grouped by widget type).
Documents	Autopopulate name of file as file title when uploading a document on Construct PM (JSP Parity).	Enhanced upload on Construct PM to autopopulate file name as document title.
Drawings	Web - Add ability to delete an annotation with a keyboard shortcut.	Added the ability to delete an annotation using the "Delete" keyboard key on web.
Infrastructure	Location Codes - Add ability to manually select a location when setting the default on home page.	Added the ability to manually select a location code on the home page to be set as the default when creating records.
Issues	Issues - Add internal flag and related infrastructure to Issues.	Added the 'Internal Issue' flag to Construct PM. The flag will only be visible/editable to C-type users and if the flag is enabled, only C-type users will be able to view the record, regardless of any view privileges P-type users may have.
Punch List	Mobile - Added "Location Code" to additional annotation filters for punch list items.	Added the ability to filter punch list item stamp annotations on drawing sheets by location codes on mobile. Web will have this filter on Patch 19 and higher.
Punch List	Trade Maintenance Page - Add prompt to confirm when the company level trades are copied.	Users will now be prompted before copying company level trades and replacing an existing list of trades. Before this change, an existing list would be replaced without a prompt to warn the user.

Checklist	Mobile App - Checklists - Expanded question text fields not saving.	Made a correction to ensure that text values entered in the expanded "Detail view" of a checklist item are displayed correctly when backing out to the "Checklist tab" view.
Checklist	User cannot delete Checklist record.	Corrected an issue that prevented users from deleting a Checklist record if they had the Delete privilege, but not the Update privilege for the template in question.
Contacts	Project contact directory work number duplicated.	Addressed bug where work number was appearing twice in place of mobile number.
Daily Journal	Unable to copy a Daily Journal record.	Addressed bug when copying Daily Journal records with the Safety tab hidden which was causing issues with saving the record.
Daily Journal	Company field within Visitors tab must not be a free-form text field.	Addressed bug so that Company field in the Visitors tab is not a free-form text field.
Drawings	Users without Edit Annotation project role privilege are still able to edit them.	Addressed bug where users who did not have the edit privilege were still able to edit annotations.
Drawings	Color selector unresponsive if selected while another tool is active.	Fixed a bug where an annotation's color could not be changed after selecting it from the toolbar. This addresses an issue when an annotation is selected and active, before placing it on the sheet, the color selector can now be used to change the color before creating the annotation.
Drawings	Annotation performance improvements.	Made several changes to the way annotations are rendered to handle cases where there are 100s of annotations on a drawing sheet.
Drawings	Text box annotations are not rendering correctly on mobile after created on web.	Fixed a bug where text annotations created on web would be cut off and displayed incorrectly on mobile devices.
Drawings	Web - Punch list stamp annotations are pixelated and distorted after zooming into drawing.	Fixed a bug where punch list stamp annotations viewed on the web were pixelated when the user zoomed into it.
Documents	Correct implementation of bulk edit in Construct PM documents.	Addressed bug so that Document log in list view shows and allows selection of checkboxes for all documents without having to select all documents first.
Punch List	Punch List records not syncing to punch list stamp.	Addressed punch list sync issue when user was resizing stamp annotation on drawing, the punch list item was not syncing to the Punch List log and drawing was not listed as related object on the punch list item.
Punch List	Trades deleted from the Trade Maintenance page still appear in the Trade LOV within a Punch List Item record.	Fixed a bug where deleted trades from the Trade Maintenance page were still visible within the Trade LOV.
RFIs	R12 Field - Construct PM Mobile App - RFI status drop-down choices get stuck if viewed prior to submitting.	Addressed a bug that could cause problems with the displayed record status LOV options, after viewing the LOV in an unsubmitted RFI.
RFIs	RFIs - Ensure default status assigned is identical across platforms.	Made changes to ensure that the default status applied when submitting an RFI is consistent across all platforms. If there is a status with CLASS = OPEN and the status code = OPEN - it will be the default status applied to RFIs submitted for the first time. Otherwise, the status with the code that comes first alphabetically (among the statuses with CLASS = OPEN) will be applied.
