Construct CT 1.0.7 Release Notes

The new Construct CT app is now available for iOS and Android. Our Crew timesheets provide real-time insight into work, time, pay, jobs/project, and cost-related metrics and make it easy to control labor costs and maximize crew productivity. Enterprise customers must be on Patch 16-2 with HF-09 or higher.

New Features and Enhancements

Feature	Summary	Description
Crew Time Entry	Pulling hours from the Construct CHK app.	This provides a foreman with the functionality to pull crew member hours from the Construct CHK app from the spill menu at any time of the day, or any day of the week. Utilizing this "pull" functionality will clear all existing data and re-import the data from the Clock In & Out table. This means that any manual edits that were made for an employee will be cleared, and the foreman will need to edit those records again. Crew Time Entry	Access to terminated employee.	Added a new functionality that enables you to enter timesheets for terminated employees based on the company control flag. Additionally, the status of the terminated employee will be displayed as inactive in the crew timesheet, providing you with better visibility of the employee status.
Employee Dashboard	Enhanced the Employee Dashboard to show detailed timesheets.	The Employee Dashboard offers a comprehensive summary of the total number of hours an employee has worked in each week, regardless of the crew. The dashboard presents information on all the various crews and jobs that the employee has worked within the specific week.

Fixes

Feature	Summary	Description
Project Menu	Project search toolbar not functional and user is unable to search the project by name or by code.	When you select a project from the list of available selections, it enables you to utilize the search tool by entering a job code or job name to locate the specific job you are looking for.
Crew Time Entry	Clear timesheet from the spill menu.	Added a pop-up message that states that upon taking the action to clear timesheet from the spill menu will result in erasing the entire timesheet.
Crew Menu Checklist	Blank screen when checklist is completed.	The problem regarding the appearance of a black screen upon selection of the "Completed" action after filling out the checklist has been resolved.
Employee Dashboard	Display an overview of the total number of hours an employee has worked in each week, across multiple crews and jobs.	Within the Employee Dashboard, a complete list of crews in which the employee has worked throughout the week will be displayed, along with detailed job information for each crew.
Utility Dashboard	Search criteria by job code and by job name.	The Utility Dashboard provides a search function that allows users to search for jobs using either the job code or job name. As the user begins typing their search query, the list of available jobs will dynamically show the jobs that match the search criteria.
Timesheet Approval	Post action in the Timesheet Approval screen.	Added a dialogue box to confirm whether you wish to post the timesheet. This will help ensure that you do not accidentally post the timesheet unintentionally.
