Ability to Customize EFT Email Notifications in AP

Why is it Useful?

CMiC has added the ability to customize the subject and body text of EFT email notifications. This enhancement allows the standard response to be tailored to a more personalized response, making notifications easier to recognize and less likely to be mistaken for spam.

NOTE: This feature was released in Patch 15-2 under Issue 21.51322.

How Does it Work?

The subject and body of EFT email notifications can be customized using special text codes, which are set up in the System Data module. These text codes are then selected when creating an EFT file for payment, allowing the subject and body of the notification to be customized accordingly.
