Compliance Workflow
Why is it Useful?
CMiC has added subcontract compliance workflow notifications. This feature incorporates a scheduler set for emails to be sent to users if their compliance/insurance will soon expire or has expired. Users will receive a notification so that they can renew their license/compliance. This workflow will eliminate manual tasks and automate the communication process for end users.
Enterprise users who want to use this workflow will need to open a support ticket to request for it to be made available in their environment. Similarly, Cloud users will also need to request it by opening a support ticket, as it requires Tenant ID and will be custom to each tenant.
NOTE: This feature was released in Patch 14-1 under Issue 19.90300.
