User Maintenance
User Maintenance; standard Treeview path: Employee Self Service > Security > User Maintenance
The User Maintenance screen can be used to create and edit users that can be used across Enterprise. Create a new user by pressing the [Create User] button, edit an existing user by pressing the Action column’s Edit icon, or delete an existing record by pressing the Action column’s Delete icon.
[Create User] – Button
User Maintenance; standard Treeview path: Employee Self Service > Security > User Maintenance – [Create User] button
LDAP Name
Select the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol name for the user.
User ID, E-Mail, Password, Re-Type Password
Enter the user ID code, email, and password for the LDAP user.
Partner
Enter/select the partner company for the user.
Contact
Enter the phone number for the contact.
First Name, Last Name
Enter the first and last name for the user.
Employee Number
Enter/select the employee number for the user.
Collaboration User – Checkbox
Check this box if this user is share between multiple people for collaborative purposes.
Project Management, Scheduling 2.0, Prequalification – Checkboxes
Check these boxes to attribute licenses for the Project Management, Scheduling, or Prequalification menus in the Project Management module. Numbers next to each of these checkboxes display how many licenses are available.
