System QC Classifiers

Quality control classifiers are quality tracking data fields that are set up here for use in the QC Inspection and Testing screen.

NOTE: The Quality Control (QC) feature and its associated screens have been deprecated (e.g., QC Inspection and Testing Plan, System QC Classifiers, System QC Classifiers in Daily Journals, QC Phase Values, and Definable Feature Of Work Values).

QC classifiers can be defined at the system, control file, or project level. The classifier codes can be set as active or not active. Each code can have an unlimited number of QC values associated with it.

Descriptions entered are related to quality control metrics that the user would want to track - for example, number of defects, cost of quality, and prevention cost.
