Search Tips
The following privileges are located in the pop-up window launched from the 'Show in Menu/View/Create/Update/Delete/Unlink All Document Types' link on the CMiC Field - Project Roles screen for the Drawings document type, as well as the Drawing Management document type. Privileges for both of these document types need to be completed.

| Show in Menu | See the Drawings screen in the Main Menu and view the Drawings log. |
| View | View drawing sheets in web and mobile apps. |
| Link | Link drawing sheets to other records like RFIs or submittals. |
| Unlink | Remove linked drawing sheets from other records like RFIs or submittals. |
The following privileges are located in the Drawing Management section of the CMiC Field - Project Roles screen.

| Publish Annotation | Publish annotations so that they can be seen by everyone with access to the drawing sheet. |

View all draft and published annotations. This item is typically given to system admins or project engineers responsible for managing the drawing set for their project. |
| Hide Annotation | Hide an annotation on the current revision. Annotations hidden in this way will still be visible on older revisions. This item is typically given to system admins or project engineers. |
| Edit Annotation |
Check this box to edit the location or appearance of an annotation. When this box is checked, users can edit and remove any annotations (including someone else's annotations). When unchecked, users cannot edit or remove any annotations except their own. This item is typically given to system admins or project engineers. |
| Administrate Detail/Elevation Hyperlinks | Edit LINK annotations. |
| View All Packages |
View all drawing packages in the project, even if the user is not included under the Manage Access settings (project role or project contact). |
