Cloud Login - Things to Consider

Here are some important things to keep in mind when logging into Cloud.

Accessing ATLAS and NOVA

There are two URLs for Cloud: one named ATLAS and the other NOVA.

You will know which one you are using based on the URL.

  • atlas.cmiccloud.com is ATLAS

  • nova.cmiccloud.com is NOVA

Ensure that any existing bookmarks are saved as shown below:

  • https://atlas.cmiccloud.com/ (ATLAS)

  • https://nova.cmiccloud.com/ (NOVA)

Bookmarking URLs

Avoid bookmarking the page after going to one of these URLs. Here is an example of a URL you should not bookmark.

Note Users attempting to access the URLs mentioned above inside web browser sessions that have previously accessed the -az URLs, as mentioned in CMiC Cloud SSO Authentication, will see the login requests directed to the Azure SSO login screens instead. To restore access to the legacy login screens, the cookies for cmiccloud.com will need to be cleared, followed by closing and restarting the web browser.
