Owner Change Order Document (AIA® Document G701)

According to The American Institute of Architects’ website about the AIA Document G701:

AIA Document G701™-2017 is used for implementing changes in the work agreed to by the owner, contractor, and architect. Execution of a completed G701 indicates agreement upon all terms of the change, including any changes in the contract sum (or guaranteed maximum price) and contract time. The form allows for signatures of the owner, architect and contractor, and for a description of the change.

Job Budget Change Report SC CO # (CM1000_1)

This report provides details about changes to JC budget amounts for its cost codes, categories and SCCOs.

Owner Change Order Report ADF (CM1002_ADF)

This report lists Owner Change Orders, sorted by customers and contractors.

Contract Alternate Owner CO Document (PMG701_OWNER)

This is similar to the Owner Change Order Document screen except it uses the Override Customer Name field from the entered contract if available.
