Hierarchy for Sender’s Email

  1. The system uses DA’s address in E-mail field on the General tab of the User Maintenance screen in the System Data module (Pgm: SDUSRMNT; standard Treeview path: System > Security > Users > User Maintenance – General tab).

  2. If the above field is null, the system uses the e-mail address on the Contact Info tab of DA’s Contact record (Pgm: SYSCNTCT – Contact Management).

  3. If the above field is null, the system uses the e-mail address in Default Notification Email field on General tab of System Options screen in the System Data module (Pgm: SYSOPT; standard Treeview path: System > Setup > System Options – General tab).

  4. If the above field is null, the system uses: mPOWER_Alert@cmic.ca.

Hierarchy for Receiver’s Email

  1. System uses user’s e-mail address in E-mail field on the General tab of the User Maintenance screen in the System Data module (Pgm: SDUSRMNT; standard Treeview path: System > Security > Users > User Maintenance – General tab).

  2. If above field is null, system uses e-mail address on the Contact Info tab of receiver’s Contact record (Pgm: SYSCNTCT – Contact Management).

Email Messaging Maintenance

Pgm: WKF_EMAIL_MSG_MNT – Workflow Email Messaging; standard Treeview path: Workflow > Setup > Email Messaging Maintenance

This screen is used for the E-Time Approval notice workflow. There is a standard (Enterprise only) workflow that can be used to send notices to users to enter time and approve time. This screen allows a company to tailor the email notices their users receive from the standard verbiage used.
