There are two ways to download the Vertex Calculation Guide:

CMiC Support
To download the file from CMiC Support, use the following link:

You will require a username and password. These are your Salesforce credentials.
In the Vertex article in CMiC Support, the guide (e.g. PYQC44) is located in the Files section of the screen, as shown in the screenshot above. Click on the file to download a copy of the latest guide for review. The Vertex GeoCoder Master List is also available for review.
CMiC File Share
To download the file from the CMiC File Share, use the following link:
You will require a username and password. Enter your File Share credentials in the pop-up window, as shown in the screenshot above.
This option allows you to download the latest copy of the Vertex software and the guide.
NOTE: These guides only apply to Enterprise clients.
