Verified – Checkbox

The Verified checkbox appears across all modes in the Translation Manager tool. It allows customers to implement a verification workflow if required.

The possible usage scenarios are as follows:

1. Machine Translation

   When Machine Translation is used, it’s recommended to manually verify the generated translations for accuracy and correct them as necessary. In this case, the Verified checkbox allows users to control which translations have been verified.

2. Manual Translation

   In this case customers can use the Verified checkbox as an approval indicator or to control which translations require additional verification.

The Verified checkbox is then used in the Publishing pop-up window and Apply Dictionary pop-up window to allow users to exclude unverified translations.

Note The use of Verified checkbox is optional as both the Publishing pop-up window and Apply Dictionary pop-up window have an option to include all translations regardless of the term's verified status, or include only verified terms.
