CMiC Analytics - Collaboration Bucket

This bucket contains BI reports that are meant to be shared externally through Project Gateway or other means. They convey information that enhances collaboration and communication between stakeholders on construction projects. The information is curated for specific stakeholders so that they see what they need to see and nothing more.

Owners Dashboard – Portfolio

This dashboard contains a portfolio view of the projects that are shared between the owner (customer) and the general contractor. It includes a map of all the project locations, a count of RFIs and submittals, and a Gantt chart showing the project schedules. Clicking on a project drills down into the “Owners Dashboard – Project" dashboard.

Owners Dashboard – Project

This dashboard contains an overview of a project relevant to the project owner and is mobile friendly. It includes the contract value, a breakdown of RFIs and submittals by status code, and a list of outstanding action items.

PM Subcontractor Dashboard

This dashboard contains an overview of project information geared towards a subcontractor and is mobile friendly. It includes subcontract and change order descriptions, details about RFIs and submittals specific to the subcontractor, as well as action items broken down by due date.
