US Payroll - Assign Employees to Security Groups

Pgm: PYSECEMP – Employees by Payroll Security Groups; standard Treeview path: System > Security > Payroll Security > Assign Employees to Security Groups

Once users have been assigned to security groups, so too can employees. Employees can be assigned to more than one security group.

New employees are automatically assigned to the payroll security group of the user creating the employee.

Enter/select the code for the security group.

Code

Enter/select the code for the employee being assigned to the security group. The full name of the employee appears in the Name field.
