US Payroll - EEO Classification

This screen is used to enter EEO classification codes, as defined by the US government, for jobs. EEO codes refer to the general type of work being performed and are a US requirement for employees paid on government jobs.

At least one EEO classification code must exist in order to run a payroll. The EEO classification code is a mandatory field in the creation of a trade code and trade codes are mandatory fields in the creation of employees.

NOTE: If the system is being run outside of the US or does not use EEO class codes, please set up one generic code (“N/A”, for example) to be used in the Trades Maintenance screen.
