Define Tasks - [Attachment] - Button
Attachments pop-up window on the Block Toolbar of Define Tasks
The [Attachments] button is used to attach separate files to this task. For example, attach schematic diagrams, scanned in contracts and warranties, word processor files, or spreadsheets.
Click the [Attachments] button on the screen’s Block Toolbar to open the Attachments pop-up window. If attached files exist, they will appear under the Attached Files section of the pop-up window. Click the X icon to the right of the file to delete it. To attach a file, there are two options.

Click the [Browse] button, and in the window that pops up, search for and select the file to upload. Back in the Attachments window, click [OK] when the upload is complete.

If a File Manager window is already open, use the drag-and-drop method to attach the file by clicking and holding the mouse button on the file to attach, and then dragging it over to the outlined drop area in the Attachments window, as shown in the screenshot below. Once the upload is complete, click [OK] to complete the attachment.
