Non-Stock Items - Preventive Maintenance

Pgm: PONSITM – PO Non-Stock Item Maintenance; standard Treeview path: Preventive Maintenance > Setup > Local Tables > Non-Stock Items

Use this screen to define materials that are required to perform maintenance tasks but that are not kept in inventory. This information is used in creating budgets and costing tasks.

Item Code

Enter a free form item code of up to 16 alphanumeric characters.

Name

Enter a freeform text name/description of up to 30 characters.

Select the unit of measurement used for this item from the LOV. This code must have previously been defined using the Weight/Measure screen in the System Data module (standard Treeview path: System > Global Tables > Weight Measure).

Last Price

(Optional) Enter the most recent price per unit specified in the WM column.

Min Ord

(Optional) Minimum order quantity.

Tax Codes

(Optional) Taxes applicable to this item. See the Purchase Order guide for details.

Account

(Optional) Enter a valid account code.

Internal Sales Account

Enter a valid account code for internal sales.

Cost Code

Enter a valid cost code.
