Scheduled Maintenance and Assignments (PRMCOMPN)

This report is used to provide compliance notices that can be distributed to the personnel responsible for performing maintenance detailing the work that needs to be done.

Maintenance Assignment Current Status (PRMCOMPR)

This report gives the status of open work items. It shows open work items sorted by work order number and task ID.

Overdue Status Report (PRMOVDUE)

This report highlights overdue open work items. It is organized by task code, title, and work order number.

Maintenance Due Report (PRMDUERPT)

This report will display equipment maintenance information, service dates, and meter readings.

It will print only active, open, and unposted work items. Equipment tasks only will be included in the report defined either from the equipment or class levels.

Work Item History Report (PRMWIHST)

This report includes cost information for completed work items. It is organized by task code, title, and work order number.
