Overview – Preventive Maintenance

The Preventive Maintenance module is used primarily to allow scheduled maintenance on all equipment being managed within CMiC.

Features enable:

• Equipment specific creation of preventive maintenance schedules.

• Work order automation from preventive maintenance schedule.

• Equipment utilization management through synchronization with maintenance schedules.

• Budget-to-actual cost tracking.

• History and equipment performance reports.

• Special management exception reports for overdue or critical value of tasks to be performed.
