Pgm: PRMUDACM – User Defined Accumulators; standard Treeview path: Preventive Maintenance > Accumulators > User Defined Accumulators
User defined accumulators allow for the entry of an accumulator, which is not system defined, allowing scheduling based on a user selection such as gallons or quarts. The accumulator will appear on the same drop-down lists, screens, and reports, as would a system defined accumulator.
Type
Enter the user-defined type. The following system-defined types are not allowed:
-
CD – Days
-
WK – Weeks
-
MO – Months
These system defined types are available, for each piece of equipment, via the drop-down list for accumulators in the Define Tasks screen.
Description
Enter the user-defined description of the accumulator.
Short Description
Enter a short description of the accumulator.
NOTE: Once the record is saved, the type is not available for update. Once a user-defined accumulator has been used it may not be deleted.
