Construct OM App - Getting Started

Downloading the Construct OM App

The Construct OM app can be downloaded for both iOS and Android devices from the Apple and Google Play stores.

Logging In

Upon opening the Construct OM app, users are presented with two options for logging in. All users are prompted for their Enterprise username and password. Enterprise customers are asked for the URL to the server their company is using for Enterprise, and Cloud customers are asked for their Tenant ID. Cloud customers need not worry about any patches or updates to their CMiC environment, they only need to enter their login details.

The login pages for Cloud and Enterprise customers are shown above. Please note that Cloud customers should decide whether to log into Cloud UPG or Cloud New. Cloud UPG is selected by default.

The Home Page

This is the first screen that users see once they successfully log in to Construct OM. This screen will initially be blank as it logs all viewed items and creates a listing. The panel at the bottom of the app is used to access the other programs by pressing the icon related to the program.

All the screens within Construct OM are shown in this menu. Tap a screen's icon to bring up that screen.

Home Page

Global search can be initiated from this screen with filter options and voice to text feature.

Opportunities

Existing opportunity records within the system can be viewed and managed.

Contacts

The contact icon will load the list of active system contacts.

Organization

A list of organizations for the company, including business partner and prospect only records.

Action Item

List of action items for tasks that need to take place.

Settings

Tap the Settings icon to bring up the Construct OM settings menu.

Log Out

Tap the Log Out icon to log out of Construct OM and return to the log-in screen.
