Construct OM (App)

CMiC is excited to announce the release of Construct OM. Through customer feedback from the Opportunity Management workshop, and UserVoice suggestions we decided to introduce a mobile instance of Opportunity Management. The application will help the Business Development team capture opportunity items via a mobile device to streamline the lead development process.

What Features are in Construct OM?

Quickly Search for Information

The Construct OM Home Page allows user to search globally across records within the application. A search filter is available by item type (e.g. opportunity, organization, etc.). This is beneficial as an additional parameter to further filter results prior to executing a search. The Home Page is designed to log recently viewed records which will allow users to easily access recent records while maintaining a history log.

Manage Your Client Database

The mobile design allows users to easily capture information on prospects through the sales cycle. Users can manage their opportunities, contacts, organizations, and action items while on the go. As users navigate through the app, the record mode will display linked items to the record, which will allow users to view the relations between objects, such as opportunities, contact, organizations, and action items.

Stay Organized

Sales team members can easily manage their daily tasks with action items. When these tasks are created, they can be private, public, or shared within the team. Action items can arise from variety of actions that need to take place during the sales cycle within your organization. Users can maintain a log of actions by date to view upcoming tasks and stay proactive within the lead generation process.
