Construct PM 1.0.60 Release Notes

Enterprise Customers: To run build 1.0.60, it’s critical that your installed web services/APIs are on version 1.0.123369 or later. These APIs are included in patch 16 HF 04 or later, however some clients may have received the required files via HFs on patch 15-2. If you are running an older version of the web services, new features may be inaccessible or malfunction. We will provide "best effort" support to customers running older web services versions - but cannot guarantee resolution/delivery timelines outside currently supported system-patch levels.

Cloud Customers: No action is required on your part.

Checklist	Project checklist's linked issues.	Changes to address display-issues viewing related Issue records via a Checklist record. (CF-17748)
Documents	[Save] button hard to see when creating new document.	Corrected [Save New Document] button text color to improve visibility. (CF-18083)
Drawings	Selection box with resize handles not appearing consistently for linked annotations.	Fixed a bug where the selection box and drag handles around an annotation were not appearing on certain annotations after selecting multiple in a row. (CF-18664)
Drawings	Cannot scroll through attachment and related object strips within punch list item sidesheets on web and tablets.	Fixed a bug while viewing punch list items from the sidesheet of a drawing sheet on web and tablets. The attachment and related object targets were too large and blocking the thumbnails that would be attached. (CF-18659)
