CMiC Crew Time R12 (App) 1.0.2 Release Notes

The new Crew Time app is now available for iOS and Android. Our Crew timesheets provide real-time insight into work, time, pay, jobs/project, and cost-related metrics and make it easy to control labor costs and maximize crew productivity. Enterprise customers must be on patch 14-2 or higher and mobile build B57 to run this new version.

New Features and Enhancements

Feature	Summary	Description
App Setting	Icon for Settings Option	The Settings icon () located in the Crew Time menu which launches the Settings screen has been moved to the top of the Crew Time menu.
App Setting	Defining Work Week	Users can define work week and set the start of the work week for the timesheet entry in the app's Settings screen.
App Setting	Enabling the Job, Phase, and Employee Codes	Ability to display Job, Phase, and Employee codes along with Description/Name on Crew Timesheet Entry and Maintenance screens. The user now can toggle between names and codes under the Settings screen and turn on sorting by the codes.
Crew Time Entry	Ability to Delete Batch Time Entries	Ability to delete batch time entries on Crew Timesheet Entry screen. Users are now able to select multiple crews or activities for deletion. Simply press and hold a crew member or activity and the app will allow multiple records to be selected for deletion.

Crew Maintenance	Crew Creation in Offline Mode	When a crew is created in Offline mode with members, activities, and equipment, upon using Online mode all the data is visible. The app will start with a blue and grey color depending on the offline/online state.
Crew Maintenance	Search Option	The Search option is now available on the Crew Maintenance log screen.
Crew Maintenance	Search Option	Added Search function to the Schedule log screen.
Crew Maintenance	Start and End Dates in the Crew Maintenance Screen	Start and end dates are now retained on the Crew Maintenance screen.
Crew Time Entry	Incrementing the Value by 0.25 Hours	The Timesheet Entry screen allows an increment value of 0.25 hours.
Crew Time Entry	Manually Entering Hours	Entering hours manually for time entry. Users can now type hours via the keyboard.
Crew Time Entry	Batch Selection for Activities	The multiple selections of activities in a batch mode under the Equipment tab in the Batch Time Entry are functioning.
Crew Time Entry	Adding Task in Crew Time	The buttons on the LOV in Timesheet Entry screen for “Add Task” are now visible all the time.
Timesheet Approval	Accessing Timesheet from Approval Screen	Fixed the blank screen that was appearing randomly when the user accessed the timesheet from the Approval screen.
Timesheet Approval	Notes Feature in Employee Dashboard	Notes fields in the Employee Dashboard now wrapping instead of being displayed as a single, scrollable line of text.
