Patch 22 Highlight - Construct APR - Web Deployment

Why is it Useful?

Previously available only on mobile, Construct APR is now accessible via desktop, bringing greater flexibility and convenience to users. This enhancement enables teams to leverage the same powerful features from our iOS and Android apps, now directly on a web browser. Whether you're at your desk or on the move, managing workflow approvals is now faster, easier, and more accessible than ever. This release reflects our ongoing commitment to improving accessibility and usability across platforms.

How Does it Work?

System Requirements for Enterprise and Cloud Customers

To run the web deployment of the Construct APR app, the minimum patch required is Patch 22.

What's New?

The latest update introduces a refreshed experience of the legacy Workflow Notification List program, with several key enhancements:

Separate Tabs for Approvals and FYIs

The landing page now features a modern, intuitive layout with two distinct sections:

  • Approvals: Displays actionable notifications requiring approval.

  • FYIs: Lists notifications shared for informational purposes only.

Allocating Distributions

Users can now manage invoice distributions directly within the app. Add new distributions or edit existing lines, no need to switch to Image Manager.

Uploading Documents

Users can now upload revisions or addendums to Imaging notifications directly within the app, eliminating the need to switch to Image Manager.

Additionally, attachments from other ADF and Field workflows are fully viewable, streamlining document access and improving overall efficiency.
