BI Analytics - AI Usage Portal – ACU Tracking

Why is it Useful?

The new "AI Usage" dashboard is a valuable addition to CMiC's suite of Standard Objects, designed to enhance transparency and control over the utilization of AI tools. This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all AI usage data, allowing users to monitor their current monthly AI usage in ACUs, view their usage limits, and analyze a detailed breakdown of usage by user and feature. This centralized tracking system is particularly useful as it simplifies the management of AI resources, helping users optimize their allocations and understand how AI is being leveraged across different segments of the organization. By giving a clear snapshot of AI activities, the dashboard enables more informed decision-making and ensures that investments in AI are aligned with business objectives.

NOTE: This update is being released in Patch 21 (BI-929).

How Does it Work?

To access an overview of your current and historical AI usage, simply navigate to the "AI Usage Portal" located within the Security/AI bucket on the CMiC Standard Objects canvas in CMiC Analytics.
