Check Folder Usage

Why is it Useful?

Users can now check whether a folder in Catalog Builder is being used by any report, and where exactly it is used. This helps the user make decisions about whether to delete the folder or audit how widely it is used.

NOTE: This feature was released in Patch 16 under Issue 22.57510.

How Does it Work?

In Catalog Builder, right-clicking on a folder opens the drop-down menu where the Check Folder Usage item is located.

By clicking on "Check Folder Usage", the folder usage is summarized in a pop-up window.
