Enterprise Patch Documentation
Enterprise software patches are released on a periodic basis and with each release the latest patch documentation for ERP clients will be made available here.
Patch documentation is currently available below for the following software:

NOTE: Users must log in with a username and password to access the material from these links. If accessing patch documentation or software from a previous release, File Share credentials are required as files are located on CMiC's File Share site. Please contact your Account Manager for assistance with login credentials.
Patch Support Policy
CMiC officially supports the latest patch and one patch behind. Support for patches older than one version behind is discontinued 45 days after the release of the latest patch. For example, Patch 21 was released on January 31, 2025, which means that Patch 19 is no longer supported after March 17, 2025.
To ensure uninterrupted access and support, please coordinate with your CMiC representative to stay current with patch updates.
