Exporting Reports to PDF
Exporting reports to PDF ensures that complex data visualizations and dashboard configurations are preserved in a widely accessible format, making it easier to communicate insights, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making processes. This capability enhances report distribution and collaboration, making it an essential tool for meetings, presentations, and record-keeping.
Sample Query Report
Click on the PDF icon () located at the top of the report. This will initiate an automatic download of the dashboard as a PDF file.
NOTE: This option is available for Query and Dashboard type reports.
Exporting Reports to Microsoft Excel
Users can export crosstabs directly to Microsoft Excel. This allows for enhanced data manipulation and deeper analysis outside of the CMiC environment. Users can now easily transfer complex datasets into Excel, where they can take advantage of its powerful analytical tools, such as pivot tables, graphs, and custom calculations.
