Job Costing - Field Productivity Report

Pgm: JC4002 – Field Productivity Report; standard Treeview path: Job Costing > Reports > Phase Quantity Completion > Field Productivity Report

This screen is used to generate the Field Productivity Report for companies. This productivity report requires a budgeted quantity for the cost code and category, posted quantities completed to date, and to and from dates.

NOTE: This report will only run when a controlling job is entered/selected in the From Job field.

The report can be further filtered by Job Pick List, From/To Job Cost Code, Category Pick List, and From/To Category.

Company

Enter/select the company code.

From/To Job

Enter/select a range of jobs to run the report by. The report will only run when a controlling job is entered/selected in the From Job field.

From/To Date

Enter/select a range of dates to run the report by.

Roll-in Sub-Jobs

Enter/select whether or not to roll-in sub-jobs in the report.

Suppress Zero Lines

Enter/select whether or not to suppress zero lines in the report.

Include Closed Jobs

Enter/select whether or not to include closed jobs in the report.

Include Sub Jobs

Enter/select whether or not to include sub-jobs in the report.
