After the report is successfully run, the user will be prompted to download a ZIP file. It may be available as a one part archive with the filename ending with part1.zip, or a multiple part archive with filenames ending with part1.zip, part2.zip, etc.
The ZIP file, contains the report PDF document with image links, as shown below.
Sample Billing Backup with Image Links (JBBU_LNK)
The ZIP file also contains a subfolder named "Images" which contains the backed up Job Billing images.
Instead of opening the ZIP file and the PDF file directly, extract the whole ZIP file to a folder in your local computer to review the report together with the image links.
Once the entire ZIP file is extracted, use a PDF reader application, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, instead of a browser to open the PDF file. For users accessing the file via File Manager, you can right-click on the PDF file and select “Open With” to choose the desired PDF reader application.
You may also consider modifying the viewer of files with a PDF extension at the operating system level. For example, in Windows 10, this can be set via the "Choose default apps by file type" setting.
