Job Billing - JBINVPRT3 - CMiC Free Form Invoice 3

In this Free Form invoice format, the groups are hard coded to print by controlling phase only. So the setup from the Group Summaries in the Invoice Formats screen are not applicable.

Similar to the JBINVPRT2, this format only shows current billed amounts and does not show bill code level details.

Some Free Form invoice format checkboxes are applicable to this report, such as 'Show Due Date', 'Show PO', and 'Hint Text'. However, the Detail section is not changed by the invoice format checkboxes .
