ImageTrust Integration - Implementation

Overview

The following outlines the steps required to implement ImageTrust for existing Cloud Customers transitioning from Kofax and new customers. It includes prerequisites, setup instructions, and training and testing phases to ensure a smooth transition and successful deployment.

Customer Segments

  • Transitioning Kofax Customers: Customers moving from Kofax to ImageTrust.

  • New Customers: Customers implementing ImageTrust for the first time.

Requirements & Implementation Steps

  1. Demo of ImageTrust System

    • This is conducted by the Sales Team/Customer Success Manager (CSM) with the purpose of providing an overview of ImageTrust capabilities and architecture.

  2. Checklist Completion:

  3. API License Setup

    • Ensure the customer has an active API license.

    • License must cover all APIs listed under ImageTrust in Salesforce.

  4. Introductory Call & 3rd Sheet of Checklist Documentation

    • Conducted with the customer to:

      • Review and complete the Customer Specific Checklist sheet of the checklist documentation.

      • Understand the current Kofax setup (if applicable).

      • Identify any custom features that need to be replicated in ImageTrust.

  5. Implementation Phase

    • Technical setup and configuration of ImageTrust.

    • Migration of any custom features from Kofax (if applicable).

    • CMiC will install, configure, and test the ImageTrust platform to ensure all technical and functional requirements are met.

    • Validation of API connectivity and permissions of the API Service Account.

  6. ImageTrust Training

    • The solution is demonstrated to the customer, who is encouraged to provide feedback and request adjustments if needed.

    • End users and administrators receive comprehensive training on how to use and manage ImageTrust effectively.

    • Covers:

      • System usage

      • API interactions

      • Troubleshooting basics

  7. Sandbox Test Phase

    • Customers test the implementation in their Test tenant.

    • Duration: Until the customer confirms readiness to go live.

    • Support available during the testing phase for issue resolution and guidance.

  8. Go Live (Production Deployment)

    • CMiC will deploy the final configuration to the production environment.

  9. Post-Production Support

    • Ongoing support is provided to ensure a smooth transition and continued success with the new platform.
