Human Resources - Cobra Processing (Mail-Merge)
Pgm: HRCOBRA – COBRA Mail Merge Processing; standard Treeview path: Human Resources > Benefit Administration > COBRA Mail-Merge
This screen can be used to generate COBRA notification letters and enrollment forms. A file can be created that is then passed to Microsoft Word as a merge file to be used with a form letter providing the notification.
Company
Enter/select the company code.
Current Date
The current date appears here by default.
Pay Run
Enter/select the pay run for which to generate the file.
Start Date, End Date
Enter/select the start and end dates. Employees terminated between these dates are selected.
[Process] – Button
Press this button to create the file.
[Download File] – Button
Press this button to download the file. Enter a file name and press the [Download] button.
